1. To identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.

2. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.

3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

4. Lead generation and prospect management

5. To call, connect, and interact with potential customers

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Business development experience of 2 to 3 years in any service industry, preferably in Pest control.

2. Hard-working and Honest person for Company & challenging to complete given Target

3. Effective communication skills in English, Hindi & local languages.

4. Two-wheeler and driving license compulsory.

5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

6. The ability to travel as needed.

7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.

8. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
